My experience with Asher Homes building my house was exceptionally gratifying.Steve Asher is highly experienced in home building and very knowledgeable in building with energy efficiency and green building choices in his work. Steve Asher was able to work with my limited budget and offer ways to be most efficient within the budget parameters. We designed our own home and with engineering studies and Steve’s extensive building knowledge we were able to translate the design ideas into the finished space, Steve was easy to work with as the project progressed and completed the work in a timely manner.
Steve’s work is of very high quality, with attention to the inner construction integrity as well as the exterior appearance. I am especially impressed with the quality of the work by all of the sub-contractors involved in Asher Homes work. They are skilled professionals and are proud of their work. Many of them have worked with Steve for a long time and the teams coordinate with each other very effectively. In addition to their skills, they were enjoyable to work with. Steve’s good reputation in the community as a builder of integrity made working with the city planners and inspectors a smooth process.
